Mr. Thorson’s primary role will be to provide direction and leadership to the Helpdesk, Hosting and IT Managed Services staff. Mr. Thorson brings over 16 years of experience in network technical design, support and direction. Mr. Thorson’s responsibilities include direction of the individual teams to meet the company’s strategic goals in Managed Services, IT Audits, Remote Desktop and Hosting Services, Helpdesk Services, Telephony and Networking Services. Prior to joining BridgePoint Technologies, Mr. Thorson was Director of Information Technology, End User Solutions at Perficient, Inc. where he managed the Hardware and Software Deployment team, the Help Desk Team responsible for 1500+ users, the IBM Education Training Facility team, the Asset Management team responsible for 2500+ assets, servers, and laptops and the VOIP telephony systems team.
